Blizzard has partially changed the rules of the competition-race in honor of the launch of Diablo IV

Faced with a wave of criticism late last week, the studio Blizzard partly made concessions to the fan community. We are talking about amending the rules of the competition, timed to coincide with the launch Diablo IV.

Initially, the studio offered the players take part in the race. To do this, you need to pump the character to level 100 as quickly as possible in hardcore mode.

The nuance is that not only ordinary users, but also testers, journalists, bloggers and content creators can take part in the competition. Despite the wipe of the characters before the release, they received an unreasonable advantage.

However, Blizzard has now clarified that players with review copies of Diablo IV received in May will not participate in the race. However, the studio ignores another problem. The point is that publishers Ultimate and Deluxe will be able to play from June 1, and the owners of the standard – only from June 6.
