Microsoft Backs Rockstar Games After Grand Theft Auto VI Gameplay Leaked

Microsoft supported Rockstar Games after yesterday large-scale leak Grand Theft Auto VI. Corporate VP Ecosystem Xbox Sara Bond expressed confidence that the developers will release a truly special game.

“My thoughts are with the RockstarGames team. I understand how painful it is when a project you’re working hard to please your fans is revealed ahead of time and criticized before it’s finished. I know this studio is creating something special, and I’m looking forward to release of Grand Theft VI,” Bond said.

Bond also urged users not to spread the leaks as they would hurt the developers, and not to jump to conclusions about what they saw.

Previously, the developers of Grand Theft Auto VI supported The Last of Us creator Neil Druckmann and Cyberpunk 2077 quest director Pavel Sasko.
