MSI significantly increases the speed of the Spatium M570 Pro

It looks like MSI is almost ready to release its Spatium M570 Pro PCIe 5.0 SSD – this week the company showcased its latest SSD at Computex 2023 in Taipei, where journalists were able to test the drive and see what it really can do. It is worth recalling that Western journalists saw this SSD earlier this year at the MSI booth at CES 2023, where it achieved sequential read and write speeds of 12,000 MB/s and 10,000 MB/s, respectively. In the months since then, MSI has been able to improve system performance and make the drive one of the fastest PCIe 5.0 SSDs in the world.

It is also important to note that MSI showed the Spatium Pro M570 Pro in Frozr and Frozer+ versions. The first is equipped with a massive passive cooling radiator with large tubes for heat dissipation. The company says this design reduces temperatures by 20 degrees Celsius, which is pretty good. The Frozr+ variant is a much more powerful drive because it comes with a Torx 5.0 fan and ARGB lighting. The fan helps further reduce the temperature by 10 degrees Celsius, meaning the temperature eventually drops by 30 degrees. Performance between Frozr and Frozr+ is identical, but the latter runs cooler under heavy load. The cost of new items has not yet been named, but it will probably be quite an expensive flagship product.
