Sega unveils Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name – new Yakuza with Kazuma Kiryu coming in 2023

The central thematic foundation of the project will be the idea of ​​a story where one hero bears the burden of a difficult past (Kiryu), and the second one is just getting ready to go to an unknown future (Ichiban).

It is noteworthy that in Yakuza 8, Kiryu’s appearance has undergone major changes. the character turned gray and changed his hairstyle. As Yokoyama explained, there is a plot explanation for this, but the developers will not disclose the details now. You have to wait for the release of the game itself.
