The trailer for the film adaptation of Gaidar’s story “Chuk and Gek” with Yulia Snigir and Vladimir Vdovichenkov has been released


New Year’s adventure film by Alexander Kott “Chuk and Gek. Big Adventure“, based on the classic story by Arkady Gaidar, has got its first trailer.

Synopsis:

“Two friendly but mischievous brothers Chuk and Gek live with a loving mother in Moscow and miss their father, who works far in the North. Deciding to meet the upcoming New Year together at all costs, they set off on an exciting journey to the mysterious Blue Mountains. Now they are waiting for the biggest adventure in their lives, because on New Year’s holidays any, even the most incredible miracles are possible.

The main roles in the new adaptation of the Soviet work were performed by Julia Snigir and Vladimir Vdovichenkov. Chuka was played by Andrey Andreev, and Gek Yuri Stepanov Jr.


The tape will be released in Russian cinemas December 22 this year.
