Studio Asoboresponsible for a series of action-adventure games A Plague Taleis working on a new unannounced AAA title for PC and the cloud.
Information about this was found in the LinkedIn profile Olivier Goguelwho has been the CTO of Asobo Studio since January 2021.
In addition to the two parts of A Plague Tale, the French development team is also known for working closely with Xbox Game Studioswithin the framework of which several projects were born, including flight simulator Microsoft Flight Simulator (2020)using cloud platform Microsoft Azure for recreating the entire surface of the Earth and high-precision real-time simulation.
It is not yet known what exactly Asobo is currently working on, but given the mention of the “cloud” and the past experience of the studio, it is possible that we can talk about a new collaboration with Microsoft. Previous agreement with Xbox on the release of its innovative “cloud” game also concluded Hideo Kojima.
